Salt & Pepper is a female-founded creative packaging agency born from a love of design that was always there — it just needed the right moment to take over.
I've been picking things up and thinking how they could be better since I was a child. The weight of a box. The way a ribbon falls. The first impression a package makes before anyone says a word. That instinct never left — it just waited.
In 2015, I found myself at a crossroads. A difficult chapter closed, and instead of looking back, I looked inward. What I found was design — or rather, design found me. Salt & Pepper was born that year, and it hasn't stopped moving since.
Over the last decade, we've built mailers, press kits, influencer boxes, launch kits, and packaging for some of the most recognizable names in entertainment, beauty, and consumer brands. Every project is a chance to make someone feel something — and we take that seriously.
Ten years in, the work still excites me. The obsession with the details, the craft of the unboxing, the moment someone opens something we made and genuinely feels it — that never gets old. I'm lucky to have found my calling, and luckier still to spend it helping other brands shine.
After a decade in this industry, I kept seeing the same thing: people had beautiful ideas, but no roadmap. And guessing in manufacturing is expensive.
I've crossed the 10,000-hour mark — not just designing packaging, but learning how it actually gets made, what goes wrong, and how to fix it. So I built a course to share that.
It's for founders, creatives, and teams who want clarity, confidence, and real-world understanding of how packaging works — the systems, the language, the tradeoffs — so they can get what they envisioned without wasting time or money.
You shouldn't have to guess your way to great packaging.
Learn More →We care about the details most people never notice — because the people who receive your packaging will feel them even if they can't name them.
No guessing, no runaround. We tell you exactly what's possible, what it costs, and what to expect — from the first conversation to the final delivery.
Ten years of production experience means we know where beautiful ideas go wrong — and how to make sure yours doesn't.
Every project is personal. We bring the same level of care to a 50-unit mailer as we do to a 10,000-unit global launch.
Get a ballpark in minutes — no commitment, no pressure.
