Common Questions

Do you have a minimum order quantity?
No. We produce everything from a single custom box to runs of 10,000 units and up.
What does custom packaging cost?
Most custom boxes fall between $50 and $300 per box. Size, material, and finishing drive the number — foil, embossing, soft-touch lamination, and custom inserts all move it. Start an estimate and we will tell you where yours lands.
How long does production take?
Production runs 14 business days from final approval. Creative design, structural design and engineering, and samples or prototypes all happen before the official production run begins. Rush production and rush design are available.
Do you work with agencies and PR firms?
Yes, and a lot of our work comes through them. You bring the brief and the recipient list; we handle design, production, kitting, and delivery, and we stay out of the client-facing frame. Consider us your BTS — behind the scenes — production partner.

Do you ship nationwide and internationally?
Both. We ship direct to recipients, to your warehouse, or to an event venue, anywhere in the US and internationally.
Do you use recycled and sustainable materials?
Yes. We build with recycled materials, and we can spec FSC-certified board.
Can you produce from our own design files?
Yes. If you want to handle the creative, we send you a die line to design on, you send the artwork back, and we take it from there — structural engineering, production, quality control, and shipping.
Do we see a sample before the full run?
Yes. Every project starts with a white sample: a hand-cut, unprinted box we build to prove out structure and construction. Once that is approved we make the cutting dies and tooling. A fully finished printed sample is available as an add-on, and runs $800 to $2,500 depending on the build.
